Pretty self explanatory right? Pardon the photo quality, a lot of these were taken with my cellphone or webcam because I'm actually not fond of having people take my picture. Weird right? A blogger who doesn't like her picture taken.
Classic Twist out/Braid Out
I haven't been doing braid outs as much as I wish I did. They tend to lack the kind of volume I like, especially now that my hair is shorter and I haven't found a braid pattern that I'm in love with. Something to play with in 2013.
Big. Just Big.
There really is no explanation for this. It's just a massive, massive twist out that's eating my face. Yes. I did wear my hair out like this. I just did "something" with my bangs first.
Ridiculously high "Princess Bun"
It's now one of my go to I-need-to-look-amazing-in-2-minutes looks. Super easy and it makes my hair look insanely thick thanks to my hidden donut! Muahahaha!
Pin up Bangs
Another go-to style. I like this on easy days when I want to look done and cute with minimal effort. I haven't quite mastered the fold-under-and-tuck to make the bangs but I'm getting better at it!I'm thinking about taking a page out of the 1930's beauty handbook and try making a rat to see if that holds better/gives better shape.
Roll-n-Tuck Fro
Hands down one of my favorite styles-Thank you 7 days, 7 updos challenge! It's not a part of my rotation, which is a shame because it's so cute! It's dramatic and eye catching, not for the faint of heart or on days you're not trying to stand out too much. And it's really easy! All you need is some bobby pins!

In 2012, I rocked and rocked braids out!! Like at least once a week :) loved it!
And I'm starting to get better at cornrowing, and that's my 2013's goal : to actually be good at it! lol
And to maintain my side-swept bangs. It's a new thing for me, and cutting it myself might be.... let's say interesting XD

I NEED to get better a cornrowing. I'm embarrassingly bad at it, my little cousins are better than me. I just...UGH. Good luck! And practice makes perfect on the bangs front! I used to maintain my straight across bangs myself, but I think that might be easier than side swept because all I had to do was cut in a straight line!
