|My awkward length is not this cute :(|
I cut my hair last year and it feels like it's taking forreeevvaaahhh to grow out. I can't get out of hair puberty. Yes, I cut about half my hair off but I feel like I should have had it all back by September and that's just not going to happen. Not at this rate. I miss my giant floofy twist outs! And it doesn't help that my hair is actually acting like a petulant teenager and rejecting all the products it once loved.
I'm stuck. And I hate it.
Oh-and since my hair was cut straight, the back is half as long as the front. Thanks shrinkage! I'm calling that one of my worst hair decisions in my natural hair history. Don't be like me and get a drastic haircut when your hair is straight. Especially if your stylist isn't familiar with your shrinkage patterns. I'm working with a weird triangle-dome hybrid and I'm stuck with it until the back grows out some.
Just. Don't. Do. It. Listen to Alice (for once in your life).
What was your worst natural hair decision? What got you through the hair puberty? Tell me in the comments!
